Alcoa Pittsburgh Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative. Unlike profit-driven financial institutions, we return excess earnings to our members in the form of lower interest rates for loans, higher yield savings and investment accounts, free or low fee money management services, and outstanding personal service. Our credit union is regulated by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), an agency of the federal government. Member deposit accounts are federally insured for up to $250,000 and IRA accounts are insured separately for up to an additional $250,000, for a combined total of up to $500,000.
