The Blair County Federal Credit Union was established in 1953 by a group of railroad workers at the Juniata Locomotive Shops. Over the years, we have expanded our field of membership and seen several name changes. Throughout the changes our primary goal has remained the same, providing high quality services while taking the time to recognize and remember our members.
