The CMC Employees FCU was established in 1975. On January 1, 1991 FCPI FCU merged with CMC Employees FCU creating CMC-FCPI Employees FCU. Our field of membership includes: employees, doctors, medical staff, and technicians of the Geisinger Community Medical Center who work in Scranton, PA; private duty nurses and volunteers who work at the Geisinger Community Medical Center under supervision of the hospital staff; employees of the Scranton mental health/mental retardation center who work at the Geisinger Community Medical Center; employees of the visiting nurse association/home health maintenance organization who work in Lackawanna County, PA; employees of Fitchburg Coated Products, Inc. now Mactac A Bemis Corporation; employees of Scranton Label, Inc.; Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; members of their immediate families; and organizations of such person.
