Falls Catholic Credit Union was originally incorporated in 1967. At the time, the credit union primarily served the congregation of Saint Joseph’s Parish in Cuyahoga Falls with their financial needs. Following the conversion to a state charter in 1967, the credit union expanded the field of membership to include parishioners from other local churches such as Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Eugene, and eventually welcoming the Holy Family Parish. Through additional expansion, Falls Catholic Credit Union now proudly serves all members of the Roman Catholic Church living in Summit County. Over the years, Falls Catholic Credit Union has also welcomed several local businesses into the Field of Membership, including the Municipal Employees of Cuyahoga Falls following a merger with Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Employees Credit Union in 2011. The credit union moved to its current location in 2003 and has continued to evolve by adopting new products, services and technology to better serve the membership.
