Harbor Pointe was founded in 1933 as Duluth Teachers Credit Union to serve the financial needs of ISD709 educators and their families. A community charter allows anyone living in St. Louis, Carlton, Lake, East Itasca & Douglas Counties to become members of the credit union. In 2017 the credit union underwent a name change to Harbor Pointe Credit Union. Harbor Pointe Credit Union serves members in our region with savings, free checking, investments, consumer loans and mortgage products as well as business financial products. The credit union takes pride in having some of the lowest fees and competitive loan rates in our region.
