Chartered in 1961—local 280 started the credit union and added more locals and in 1995 the Statesman Journal FCU merged into IBEW and in 2005 Roth’s Employees FCU merged into IBEW. There are many smaller groups that are eligible to join IBEW/SJ Cascade FCU.
