The Credit Union is still experiencing controlled sustained growth; our third office, located in the Western Branch area of Chesapeake, was opened during the summer of 2003. In the summer of 2006, the Credit Union was granted a Community Charter by the NCUA. The Community Charter enables the Credit Union to expand and offer its services to all those that live, work, worship, shop or attend school in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Franklin, Isle of Wight County or Southampton County.
