One Federal Credit Union was founded in 1949 for American Viscose Employees. Originally, our name was Viscose Employees Federal Credit Union. Due to ownership changes, the name was changed to FMC Employees Federal Credit Union, then Avtex Employees Federal Credit Union, changed to Meadville Area Federal Credit Union and now since we have expanded into multiple counties and towns we are One FCU. The mission of One FCU is to provide low cost, member friendly products and services to its membership, while being a responsible member of the community.
