In 1959 Rio Blanco Schools Federal Credit Union began by the teachers for the teachers to serve the Rangely School District and the Meeker School District. Through the years the scope of our membership has grown. We now accept membership of those who are employees of Colorado Northwestern Community College, the town of Rangely, the Eastern and Western Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation & Park Districts, as well as immediate family members of employees.
