The Credit Committee is responsible for loan policy and practices. The committee ensures compliance with internal policies and rules and regulations of the Illinois Credit Union Act. This committee meets the third Thursday of the month at Noon in Carbondale. The Asset Liability Committee is responsible for policies and practices relating to the operating budget, the financial plan, funds management and investment activities of the credit union. This committee monitors the financial performance of the credit union and reviews the investment transactions for the purpose of ensuring policy compliance. This committee meets bi-monthly on the third Monday of the month at Noon in Carbondale.
