Hockley County School Employees Credit Union (HCSECU) was chartered in 1954. Since its inception, HCSECU has limited its field of membership to school employees and immediate family members. In 2018 we added the employees of Hockley County and the City of Levelland Employees. We continually strive to offer the best rates afforded to members, whether the members are borrowing, or saving.
