The Jackson County Teachers Credit Union is a financial co-operative that exists for the benefit of its members and offers the most needed financial services at the most reasonable rates and terms possible to maintain the credit union's long term financial stability. The board and staff pledge to treat members equally with respect to their financial needs regardless of their status. Management goal is for the members to feel good about using the credit union for their financial services. Management feels if the members do not feel good about using the credit union for their financial services, the staff has not done their job correctly.
