On July 1, 2007 the KCTA Federal Credit Union and the South Texas Credit Union merged to form the TexStar Federal Credit Union. Since the merger TexStar Federal Credit Union has been working diligently to uphold the long tradition of dedicated service to its members. The quality service our members of KCTA and South Texas long ago came to expect is the same quality service we promise to continue offering to the membership of TexStar FCU.
