Founded in 1934 by a group of City of San Diego employees, we’ve been providing financial services and expert guidance since well before the Coronado Bridge became a local landmark. Wheelhouse is based in San Diego, and we have branches and over 30,000 ATMs nationwide. We proudly serve more than 20,000 members and actively support our local community. As a credit union, we’re a not-for-profit, democratically-controlled organization that allows members to pool their savings and lend it back out to each other. Profits are returned to all members in the form of better rates and improved services.
