Northern Division Consumers Power Employees Federal Credit Union was chartered on September 26, 1952. The field of membership at that time was employees of Consumers Power Company, northern division, working in Grand Traverse, Antrim, Cheboygan, Wexford, Manistee and Charlevoix counties, employees of the credit union, immediate family members and organizations of such persons. Presently the credit union has 2,565 members with assets around 18 million dollars. As we continue on the path to the future, Northwest Consumers Federal Credit Union is dedicated to meeting the financial needs of its members.
