Port City Federal Credit Union, originally known as the Brunswick Employees Federal Credit Union, was chartered in June of 1944 by employees of the then Brunswick-Balke-Collender Company. Following our community charter designation, to better reflect the nature of our overall membership, we changed our name to Port City Federal Credit Union. Today, we have the privilege of serving nearly 3,200 members. Services, originally limited to savings and loans, now include multiple types of saving and loan products, checking accounts, credit cards, ATM and debit cards, direct deposit, PC home banking, audio response, and much more.
